Considering the expensive shipping cost for you,dead camera or parts do not need send back to factory,it is ok let me know the quality problem via pictures or video.then,the replacement will be sent to you in your next shipment.

As a new customer.Free sample for testing is allowed while the free sample cost is limited within $30USD and you are required to cover sample's shipping cost.
